🌿 Grounds Staff

Help us keep Castle Archdale looking its absolute best.

Our Grounds Team plays a vital role in maintaining the high-quality appearance and safety of the park. From landscaped areas to communal spaces, every detail matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General grounds maintenance and upkeep

  • Ensuring public areas are clean, tidy, and safe

  • Supporting with seasonal projects and park improvements

  • Assisting with basic maintenance tasks when required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong work ethic and reliability

  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Attention to detail

  • Team player with a positive attitude

  • Ability to work alone and take initiative

  • Previous grounds or maintenance experience (preferred but not essential)

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in seeing the direct results of their work.

🖥Customer Services Coordinator 

Castle Archdale Holiday Park, a well established family run park, is seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer enquiries and bookings
  • Delivering excellent customer service to residents and visitors
  • Supporting day-to-day park operations
  • Assist with staff supervision and administration duties

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational abilities
  • Previous staff management and customer service experience preferred
  • Flexible and proactive approach

Full-time position. Competitive salary based on experience.
