Using GPS Coordinates:
If using GPS, the coordinates for Castle Archdale Caravan Park are approximately 54.5074° N, 7.7597° W. These coordinates should guide you directly to the entrance of the park.
From the A4:
1. Take the A4 road towards Enniskillen.
2. Continue on the A4 until you reach the roundabout with the A32.
3. At the roundabout, take the exit onto the A32 towards Irvinestown.
4. Follow the A32 for approximately 6 miles until you reach a junction.
5. At the junction, turn left onto the B82 signposted for Lisnarick.
6. Continue on the B82 for about 3 miles until you reach a T-junction.
7. At the T-junction, turn right onto the B52.
8. Stay on the B52 for approximately 2 miles until you see signs for Castle Archdale Caravan Park on your left.
9. Follow the signs into the park.
From Enniskillen:
W1. Head southwest on the A4 towards the roundabout with the A32.
2. At the roundabout, take the exit onto the A32 towards Irvinestown.
3. Follow steps 4-9 above.

My booking
I have received an email saying my balance is due
We require a deposit of 50% of reservation cost at the time of booking to secure your holiday.
For touring and tent pitches, full payment of the remaining balance is due 2 weeks before you arrive. For camping pods, glamping pods and luxury van reservations, full payment of the remaining balance is due 4 weeks before you arrive. If your arrival date is within this period, then full payment needs to be made when you book.
If we don’t receive full payment within 48 hours of the balance due date, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday and no refund will be due to you.
Do I have to pay a deposit on booking?
We require a deposit of 50% of reservation cost at the time of booking to secure your holiday.
For touring and tent pitches, full payment of the remaining balance is due 2 weeks before you arrive. For camping pods, glamping pods and luxury van reservations, full payment of the remaining balance is due 4 weeks before you arrive. If your arrival date is within this period, then full payment needs to be made when you book.
Can I cancel my holiday?
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a full refund will be provided. Cancellation will incur a £20 admin fee.
If cancelled or modified within 29 days of arrival 50% of the total reservation will be charged. Bookings are non–transferable.
Can I cancel my holiday on the day of arrival?
Please note that we do not give refunds for any reason (includes adverse weather) once your holiday has started. It is your responsibility to ensure that your equipment is suitable and in good working order.
When can I check in?
The check–in time for touring and camping holidays is from 2pm.
For camping pods, glamping pods and luxury static caravan accommodation the check–in time is 4pm.
If you plan on arriving after office closing hours, please let the park know so we can arrange for a late check–in.
If you don’t check–in for your holiday on the booked arrival date without prior notice, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday booking after 1pm on the following day and no refund will be due to you.
The check–out time for touring and camping holidays is by noon.
For camping pods, glamping pods and luxury static caravan accommodation the check–out time is 11am.
If you check–out before your booked departure date no refund will be due to you.
Facilities
When is the shop and café open?
The shop is open daily throughout July and August.
Off season (March – June, September – November) the shop will only be open on weekends.
These are subject to change, please check with our bookings team for more information closer to your arrival date.
When is the restaurant open?
The restaurant is open daily throughout July and August.
Off season (March – June, September – November) the shop will only be open on weekends.

When is the Chippy Takeaway open?
The takeaway is open daily throughout July and August.

What time do the toilet blocks close?
Our toilet blocks may close during the night for cleaning, however when one toilet block closes the other is open, so there will always be at least one toilet block open during the night.
When is the park open?
The play park is open Monday – Saturday 9am – 8pm, Sunday 9am – 5pm. Times are subject to change, please check with our bookings team for more information closer to your arrival date.
Do I have to pay to use the park?
No, admission is free.
Are electric scooters allowed on site?
No, we do not allow motorised scooters, skateboards or hoverboards on our park.
Are you allowed to use bicycles on site?
Yes, we operate a bicycle-friendly site between the hours of 9am-9pm or dusk (whichever is sooner). We ask parents to supervise children at all times.
Can I get cash back on site?
Our site office is unable to give cashback and neither does the Restaurant or Shop. The nearest bank machine is Castle Archdale Service station.
Do I need tokens for the shower facilities?
No, showers are free to use.
Do I need tokens for the laundry?
Washing machines, tumble dryers and irons all require tokens for use. These tokens can be purchased at the site office for £3.50 each.
Where can I launch my boat or jet ski?
All boats and jet skis can be launched from the public slipway at the marina. Please note that touring guests are not permitted to use the resident’s slipway behind the site office.
Touring
If you are at a fully serviced pitch, please remember to bring your own connectors e.g. water hose, grey waste water connections, and aerial connectors
Can I bring my dog?
A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted in touring and camping pitches only provided that they are kept on a short lead (not exceeding 2m) at all times. Dogs must not be left unattended in caravans or tents. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if we feel that your dog is a nuisance or danger to anyone on site.
Is there electric hook up?
All of our touring pitches have 10 amp electric.
Is there water and waste points?
All fully serviced sites have water and grey-waste points at pitches. Please remember to bring your own connectors.
How can I put up my awning up on a hardstanding pitch?
To put your awning up on hardstanding, we can provide blocks as weights for stability.
Tent pitches
Can I bring my dog?
A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted provided that they are kept on a short lead (not exceeding 2m) at all times. Dogs must not be left unattended in caravans or tents. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if we feel that your dog is a nuisance or danger to anyone on site.
Is there electric hook up?
All of our touring pitches have 10 amp electric.
Camping pods
Do I pay a damage deposit?
There is a mandatory security deposit taken at check in by either credit card or via a cash deposit. Guests are required to leave a fixed amount of £100 in either cash or as an authorization on their credit card. All unused amounts of the deposit will be refunded on departure.
Are the camping pods en-suite?
No, however the pods are situated only a few steps away from our heated toilet & shower facilities.
Do I need to bring bedding?
Yes, please remember to bring your cosiest duvet or sleeping bag!
What is in the kitchen?
Our camping pods have a small prep station with a fridge and kettle.
Are pets allowed in camping pods?
Although we know your furry friend is part of the family, pets are not allowed to stay in any of our self-catering accommodation.
Glamping pods
Is there a damage deposit?
There is a mandatory security deposit taken at check in by either credit card or via a cash deposit. Guests are required to leave a fixed amount of £150 in either cash or as an authorization on their credit card. All unused amounts of the deposit will be refunded on departure.
Are the glamping pods en-suite?
Yes, the glamping pods are fully fitted with toilet and shower facilities.
Do I need to bring bedding?
The first set of bedding will be provided as standard. If you will be using the pull-out sofa bed you will need to request this prior to arrival for an additional charge, or you can bring your cosiest duvet or sleeping bag (if you haven’t already applied this at checkout please get in touch with our bookings team who will be happy to add this for you.)
What is in the kitchen?
Each pod is fully equipped with its own kitchenette, which includes a kettle, fridge, microwave, cutlery and crockery. Inside the pod, you will also find a wall mounted TV, for the rainy days!

Although we know your furry friend is part of the family, pets are not allowed to stay in any of our self-catering accommodation.
Luxury Vans
What do I need to bring?
Our luxury vans are truly a home-from-home, and include a fully fitted kitchen with kettle, fridge, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. All bedding and towels are included.

There is a mandatory security deposit taken at check in by either credit card or via a cash deposit. Guests are required to leave a fixed amount of £250 in either cash or as an authorization on their credit card. All unused amounts of the deposit will be refunded on departure.
Are pets allowed in Luxury Vans?
Although we know your furry friend is part of the family, pets are not allowed to stay in any of our self-catering accommodation.

Where can I hire buggies/hydrobikes/kayaks etc?
For bookings and enquiries visit Castle Archdale Boat Hire & Watersports, which is situated next to the marina car park.
Opening & Closing Dates
We are open from the St Patrick’s Day Weekend until Halloween Weekend for touring and camping stays.
